This is for lots of little things or a couple of big things.
We know, delivery charges seem high. But they’re not ours, they are the couriers. We don’t make a penny on packaging and delivery. In fact, we don’t charge you for packaging at all. We also don’t charge extra if you live a little remotely and sometimes this means it may take a little longer if you’re not mainland. But always remember…..

We use a variety of different sources to deliver our products to you.
**Please note: We do our best to get you your order quickly BUT we are at the mercy of our Courier partners, travel disrutions and the weather. There are sometimes disruptions with couriers that are out of our control so your parcel may take a little longer than expected. We apologise for any delays you might experience.
Order Monday to Thursday: order processing and delivery will be 5-7 days from the date of your order
Order Friday, Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holidays: Your order will be processed the next working day (usually Monday unless it is a Bank Holiday) and your 5-7 days starts then.
Your right to cancel an online order
Consumer Contracts Regulations apply to cancellations. You have the right to cancel up to 14 days after receiving your item. If you choose to cancel your order our preference is that you return it to us in the original UNOPENED packaging. As our products are oils and liquids they are packaged in a way to minimise any damage and protect the item. If you choose to open and repackage the item you will be responsible for any damage to the item during transit and that will be reflected in the refund. You are responsible for return postage and we recommend that you get a proof of postage or send it back signed-for. Your refund will not be allocated until we receive the item, and we have 14 days from that point to make the refund. To cancel you must contact us in writing (we will accept email to firstname.lastname@example.org).
If you have opened the packaging and then decided you no longer want the product that is considered a return. We do not accept returns for mis-ordered or unwanted items that are not damaged. In the unfortunate event that an item arrives damaged in transit you have 24hrs to send us photographic evidence in order for us to send you a replacement.
You can collect your items from the Middlesbrough Store only. There is an option to pay Cash on Collection. For speed of service when you collect we recommend paying for your items on checkout and only using the CoC option if necessary.
Collection is not currently available to book online from other locations. To order and book online collections from Whitby or Redcar please call the appropriate branch Locations and Contac3

You cannot currently pay by cash but bear with us, we are working on a Cash on Collection option. Keep checking our website and social for progress!
Returns and Refunds
Customers are responsible for the cost of any returns.
Returns will only be accepted if:
The product is returned in it’s original packaging
The product is unopened, unused and undamaged
You must meet these requirements to be eligible for a full refund. If you do not, the refund will reflect any damage or used parts of the product.
Returns and refunds must be requested within 14 days. Refunds will be made once the item has arrived back at the Lloyd Street address. We recommend you send your returns ‘signed for’.
For a cash refund you must return the items, unused and in their original packaging to the Middlesbrough branch, along with a valid receipt.
Sale and special offer items will be refunded at the sale or special offer rate. If an free item was offered with an item the free item must also be returned, otherwise the refund will be less the cost of the free item.
You can exchange the product by contacting us. Your exchange will not be posted to you until we receive the item you wish to swap.
Refunds will be made by the same payment method (eg to your credit card or to your PayPal account, cash if collected).
Your statutory rights are not affected.
